Establishment of Reach Subsea AS
Reach Subsea AS was established in 2008 by Jostein Alendal, Åge Johan Nilsen jr, Sven Magne Storesund and Håvard Framnes. The first years the founders worked externally as consultants, primarely under a frame agreement with Technip. In addition, the started the development of a New, innovative survey-ROV, the Surveyor. Håvard Framnes left the company in 2011.
